Super clean and housekeeping were consistent in our 5 nights stay. Clean sheets, towels and cleared trash bin everytime we got back to the hotel. Indeed the room is small. But it was ok for 2 people, the tip is to put your luggages under the bed as the "Cabinet". There's even LAN cable available in the room. We were even able to utilize the "bathtub" in the room. Every night after a long day of walking, it was so good to soak in the bathtub. That water pressure is BOMB! SUPER DUPER great water pressure in the bathroom the hot water was great. EXCELLENT!! There's a self-service laundry with drying downstairs and we were able to use it for 500 Yen. The location is great enough for connecting to Shinjuku and Shibuya. There are lots of restaurants nearby. 7-eleven and Lawson nearby is such a bonus. A real great value for money. Please note the nearest station Akebonobashi is a TOEI Shinjuku line.

3-5 mins walk to Akebonobashi Station (which is 2 stops away to Shinjuku station). There are 7/11 and Lawson nearby, many restaurants downstairs, and coin laundry just right outside the hotel eventhough the hotel itself provided 2 washing machines (2-in-1 with the dryer). Wifi is super fast. The size of the room i think is a bit bigger than the average Japan size, can't open fully 2 medium luggages but you can just open it in half or just store it under the bed. Amenities provided as well, like new towels everyday, and also toiletries. For the price is not really pricey compare to the others, so it's really really worth the money! I enjoyed my 7 nights staying in here.

It is a great location! It is a 5 minute walk to the subway station and one stop away from Shinjuku station which is one of the central hubs often used for transfers to other locations (including using the JR Line). For those who like to walk, you can even take a nice straight walk to the Shinjuku area, it takes around 30-40 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet. I was able to go for a run at night and felt very safe. The room is clean. It was not as small as I expected but surely is not big. The staff is cold but not rude.

Location is really good, 5 min walking from the subway and 2 stations away from Shinjuku main station. The room is small, as every single room in Japan, but it had everything we needed. They were quite nice giving us free umbrellas in our check out, since we needed to walk to the subway and it was heavily raining. Bed small but confortable, and shower very good.

Room was very clean and even though bit small it has space for suitcase under the bed so that is convenient. Bathroom is nice size. Location is pretty good very close to metro station for Shinjuku line, and the street hotel is in is super convenient- 7-eleven and Lawson open 24/7, coin laundry just right out of hotel, also always open. Lot of food and small shops.
